Introductory remarks
This manual is intended to provide basic information about the router with
integrated wireless LAN hotspot to be installed in the vehicle, namely the
operating principle, the application of the various functions and what to do
in the event of malfunctions.
This manual also contains information on configuration, handling and
installation.
The contents of this device description may change due to advances in
technology. We have made every effort to ensure that the content is
correct and clear.
Should we nevertheless have made mistakes, we are grateful for any
information.
We assume no liability for errors in this description and the resulting
consequences.
The CAR-A-WAN.coach is designed to connect computers, laptops,
netbooks, smartphones, electronic cash registers with Internet cash
function and other TCP/IP-enabled devices such as webcams from the
vehicle to the Internet:

wireless via WLAN
The CAR-A-WAN.coach independently dials into the Internet and, if
necessary, reconnects if the connection is interrupted. Furthermore, dial-in
rules can be taken into account, such as a roaming lock or minimum signal
quality.
