8. IR learning
The Wireless Keyboard with IR Remote can be used as remote for other
home electric appliances, such as DVD/CD player, TV, plus many other
types of appliance. In order to be a compatible remote for other electric
appliance, the keyboard must learn the original code from the other electric
appliance, take the TV remote as an example:
8.1. Press the TV button, the smart RC will switch to IR mode.
8.2. Press the TV button for 2 seconds, LED light will flick slowly, the Smart
RC enter IR learning mode.
8.3. After the keyboard and a TV remote control have been infrared
transmitter aligned, press the Power button of the TV control, then
keyboard upper right LED light flash, indicating that the code value of
TV remote control has been issued.
8.4. Click the keyboard that need to learn, the upper right LED light becomes
slow flashing, which means that the TV remote control keyboard has
received the code values.
8.5. After the success of learning mode, you can press TV button to exit
the learning mode, and then LED light stop flashing to light for a long
time.
