VIDEO TRANSCEIVER supports three different users, administrator,
general user, and anonymous user.
a. Anonymous User Login

Need user name & password to access this Video Transceiver
b. Add user
：
Type the user name and password, then click “Add/Set”.
Note: Allow guest to login as a Guest. Guest is only allowed to
browse the page.
c. Click “edit” or “delete” to modify the user.
