Identifying your model and serial number
6.3.1
Appliance Model Number
The label on the back of your appliance case contains information that identifies your exact appliance
model number. A similar label is also located on the product box.
IONODES technical support staff may need this information if you call for assistance.
6.3.2
Appliance Serial Number
You can locate the
appliance’s
serial number:
•
Printed on a white label located on the bottom of your appliance case.
•
Printed on a while label located on the product box.
Note:
A Microsoft Windows Certificate of Authenticity label is located on the inside of the chassis
