1. In case of a forcible attempt to open the door from outside without entering P/W or
contacting the registered card (electronic key), a strong warning sound is given.
2. How to cancel the warning sound
1) When you know the P/W, press the *(Start) button, enter the P/W, then press the
*(Start) button once again. The warning sound will be cancelled.
2) By contacting the registered cards (electronic keys), you can cancel the warning
sound.
9-7 Alarm Function for forcible entry
When you leave the house in Manual mode, you will hear three beeps ( “ b be ee ep p b be ee ep p
b be ee ep p ” ) one second after closing the door unless you switch it to “ C CL LO OS SE E ”position.
The beeping sound is the notification of Manual mode.

9-9 Functions for coping with the malfunction
of the Open/Close Sensor
1. With the door closed, when the Open/Close sensor is not functioning
1) The warning sound of forcible entry is given.
2) Cancel the warning sound using P/W or the registered card keys (electronic keys).
3) Switch the door lock to the Manual mode and use the product.
2. With the door open, when the Open/Close sensor is not functioning
1) At the moment, you cannot switch the door to “ C CL LO OS SE E ”position.
2) Switch the door lock to the Manual mode and use the product.
3. In case of a malfunction of the Open/Close sensor, use the product in the Manual
mode at first, and then apply for after-sales service.
When the door is not open in the Auto mode, if you turn the Manual OPEN/CLOSE
Device toward
“ C CL LO OS SE E ”position, the door will be automatically open with a warning
sound by the function for Dead Bolt protection.

9-10 Function for Dead Bolt protection
4) 9V battery is 6F22 (FC-1), available on the market.
5) When using 9V battery, accurately put the battery to the outside power source
terminal and use the P/W or Card.
- If the battery is placed properly, the red LED on the right side of the outside
power source terminal flashes.
