Installation
5.5 Initial calibration
TVOC is calibrated at Ion Science before dispatch using 100ppm Isobutylene. However if you wish to
calibrate your TVOC once it is installed Ion Science recommends that the TVOC is left to run on its chosen
settings (see Section 4 TVOC Set up) for 24 hours before an initial calibration is carried out, to allow the
instrument to settle into the working environment.
