Installing the Motherboard 

 

Before installing the motherboard, please find the I/O shield from your motherboard 
packaging and install it into the system I/O window (Refer to 1.2.2). If you cannot find 
the I/O shield, please contact your motherboard vendor. Or, contact InWin for I/O shield 
OEM service. 
 
Step 1: Remove 5 screws (red circles) securing the top cover and fan modules. 
Step 2: Slide the cover towards the rear, then lift the top cover and fan modules off the 

chassis. 

Step 3: Remove the mylar cut-outs that are covering the motherboard mounting holes.   
Step 4: Secure the standoffs on the motherboard mounting tray which match with the 

corresponding motherboard mounting points.   

Step 5: Install and align the motherboard within the chassis.   
Step 6: Fasten the screws to secure the motherboard within the chassis.
