Instrument Error Codes
Introduction
This section describes the error codes displayed by the iPrep
™
Instrument when
it encounters a problem.
1.
Make a note of the error code including the line number and contact
Technical Support (page 45). Note that the error codes listed in the table
below cannot be fixed by the user. A service engineer will be send to
resolve the error.
2.
After recording the error code, press
ESC
to return to the Main screen.
3.
Press
1
to select the Man screen and return the tips to the original position
by pressing
2
as described on page 33. Remove the card and turn
OFF
the
instrument.
If the protocol is interrupted by an error, the protocol cannot be resumed from
the interrupted point. You need to move the axis to the original position, solve
the error before starting the protocol again from the beginning.
