The lamp cannot be turned on.
The lamp does not operate properly.
The power outlet is not properly connected.
Connect the power outlet firmly.
The AC power switch on the back of the lamp is
turned OFF.
Turn the AC power switch ON.
The bulb is not turning on.
The incandescent bulb is broken.
Change the bulb.
The light is not switched to ON.
Turn the light on using button

control panel.
The speakers make no sound when connected
through Bluetooth.
The Bluetooth connection is not stable or is
disconnected.
Make sure the connecting device is within 10m (33
ft
) of the lamp.
Check the connecting device for the connection
status.
The volume of the unit and/or connecting device is
set too low or muted.
Adjust the volume of the lamp and connecting
device to a proper level.
The speakers make no sound in AUX connected
mode.
3.5mm cable is not connected properly or the
volume set is too low.
Check the cable and adjust the volume to a proper
level.
The buttons are not functioning.
The MPU of the lamp is not working properly.
Turn off the AC power switch then wait for 20
seconds and restart the lamp.
