In areas where the water hardness exceeds 12 °dH, Inventum Technologies B.V.
recommends the use of a filter system with water softener. In areas with values
above 14 °dH, Inventum Technologies B.V. stipulates the use of water softener with
ion exchanger as a warranty condition.
You can obtain information regarding the water hardness at your place of residence from your
water company.
