What to do in case of a malfunction? In most cases, you will be able to correct these faults easily yourself. Please check the
solutions below before contacting the Inventum service department.
The motor is not running
• Is it plugged in correctly?
• Is there a power outage?
• Check the electrical installation.
The performance of the cooker hood is not correct and makes more noise.
• Is the diameter of the exhaust-air pipe correct?
• Is the duct blocked?
• The diameter of the duct must be 150 mm. A smaller diameter can negatively influence the suction of the motor.
• Are the grease filters clean?
• Are the carbon filters not replaced within the last 6 months? Replace the carbon filters.
• Is there enough air supply to replace the extracted air?
REPLACING A LED LAMP
When a LED lamp in the cooker hood is defective, you are not able to replace it yourself. Observe these steps:
• Remove the plug from the socket or interrupt the power supply by switching off the fuse in the group box.
• Remove the metal grease filter and press the lamp holder downwards from the inside - figure 1.
• Turn the defective LED lamp clockwise out of the holder - figure 1. Replace the broken LED lamp by a similar type (3.0 W
LED GU10).
• Turn a new LED lamp counterclockwise into the holder - figure 2. The lamp will spring back in the correct position by itself.
If this does not happen, you can carefully bend the holder back, so that the LED lamp is in the correct position again.
• Replace the metal grease filter back and insert the plug in the socket.
