13.2.2  Conversion of vehicle with lifter  

 Note

:

The seat bearing (5), adapter box (6) and the actuator motor (7) shown in the drawing in 
disassembled state, must not be dismounted during the conversion. 

• 

Raise (1) lifter. 

• 

Take out batteries. 

• 

Remove seating unit. 
See "Twister/Twister Junior" Operating Manual, chapter  "Disassembling for Transport". 

• 

Detach chassis central covers and side covers. See also chapter:12.2 

• 

Separate cable connections to 
lifter (1). 

• 

Loosen 4 nuts (2) detach 
together with lifter pillar (1). 

• 

Unscrew power module and 
shielding plate and mount again 
to opposite side. Always in the 
back in driving direction. See 
also chapter:19.6 

• 

Re-lay connection cable, re-fix 
with cable binders, and connect 
again with power module. 

• 

Unscrew speed sensor located 
on main frame (3) and screw on 
again to opposite side. 

• 

Reinstall lifter, turned by 180°, 
and fix cables according to their 
original position.
