Removing/Installing Fixed Wheel Leg Extensions
1.
Press the snap button on the walker frame and remove the existing front leg extension.
2.
Press the snap button on the walker frame and slide the fixed wheel leg extension to the proper height
adjustment. Allow the snap button to engage into the height adjustment hole.
3.
Repeat STEPS 1 and 2 to install the opposite fixed wheel leg extension.

• To remove the fixed wheel leg extensions, reverse this procedure.
• For this procedure, Fefer to FIGURE 2.
• Walker Wheel Kit Model 6375 can only be used with the 6291-HDA Walker.
• The existing front leg extensions will not be reassembled to the walker when using the 6375
Walker Wheel Kit.
Position the wheel attachment marked “L” for left on the left walker frame, and the wheel
attachment marked “R” for right on the right of the walker frame. Refer to FIGURE 2.
There will be an audible “click”.
INSTALLATION WARNINGS
• Ensure the snap buttons fully protrude through adjustment holes of each fixed wheel leg
extension.
• The fixed wheel leg extensions should be adjusted so the walker is level. If an even height
cannot be achieved, adjust the leg extensions so that the rear of the walker is no more than
one inch lower than the front.
