Locate a free PCI expansion slot (small white connector on the
system’s motherboard) and remove the screw(s) and metal
bracket(s) for the slot(s) to be filled by cards installed into the
Riser Card. Be certain not to install the riser in an ISA or EISA
slot.

Install the Riser Card in the selected slot. The card should fit
without forcing. Be certain that the riser card is fully seated in the
slot.
7.
If system configuration allows, secure Riser Card by installing
screws through four (4) corner holes.
8.
Install PCI compatible card into slot 0, 1 or 2. Proceed filling
slots as necessary.
9.
Replace the retaining screw(s) removed in step 5.
10.
After installation, re-assemble the system enclosure, and proceed
with Software installation.
