Remove “
lntezze CLIQ
” from the list of paired devices on the phone. Ideally, turn off Bluetooth on your
phone as well.
Remove both charged earbuds from the case. The LEDs on both earbuds start flashing blue and you
will hear "
Pairing
" from the earbuds.
Quickly tap the touch pad on one of the earbuds 5 times. The LEDs on both earbuds will briefly light
up pink and then turn off. "
Power off/Intezze off
" will be heard in the earbuds and the earbuds will
switch off. If only the earbud you tapped is switched off, you need to quickly tap the other earbud 5
times to hear "
Power off/Intezze off
" from the other earbud as well.
Switch on both earbuds by holding both touchpads simultaneously for about 3 seconds (it is also
possible to switch on one earbud first and then the other). "
Intezze on/Power on
" will be heard in the
earbuds and the LEDs on the earbuds will flash red and blue alternately.
Place the earbuds next to each other so that you can see them. The LEDs on both earbuds start
flashing blue after about 8–10 seconds and you will hear “
Pairing
” from the earbuds. This completes
the reset successfully and the earbuds can be paired with the phone again.
