Adjusting the weight
The drop weight holders weighs 3 kg each, in total 6 kg. Three additional drop
weights (weighing 0,5 kg each) can be added to each drop weight holder for a
total weight of 2 x 4,5 kg, in total 9 kg.
Remove the drop weights by lifting the middle one on the side where the drop
weight holder has a cut-out, and then pulling it out (image A).
Add the drop weights by pushing them in where the drop weight holder has a
cut-out. Move the first two to each side to be able to assemble the last one in
the middle (image B).
