a. Cleaning the Stainless Steel bowl

We recommend regularly cleaning the bowl with a sponge or soft cloth and soap. Otherwise a
slightly damp cloth can be used to remove debris. If necessary, areas with hard water or more
tenacious deposits  can be treated with cream cleaners. In some cases the cream cleaner and soap
may not be enough. Lime scale and other deposits can be dissolved with a 25% solution of vinegar
and water. After cleaning, rinse the stainless steel bowl with plenty of fresh water and dry with a
soft cloth. Extended contact with, salt or disinfectants that contain bleach (sodium hypochlorite)
products should be avoided. Always dilute these “sanitizing” products before using and rinse
thoroughly afterwards. Using steelwool or hard abrasive powders are not recommended for stainless
steel products.

b. Servicing the Stainless Steel Soap Dispenser

Unlocking the circular cover and lifting it up makes the soap dispenser accessible for filling and
cleaning purposes.

CAUTION: Certain iodine based and other surgical soaps are not suitable for use in our liquid soap

valve. Please contact Intersan if you have questions weather or not a certain soap can

be used. If needed we can provide the appropriate soap valve.

c. Cleaning the spray nozzles.

Sediments can block the nozzle openings and cause an inconsistent spray or low flow.

- Clean all dirt, deposits and lime on the nozzle  and especially at the spray openings with a wire
