INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 

 
 
 

Remove

 

packaging materials 

  Remove and dispose of/recycle packaging 

materials. Remove tape and glue residue 

from surfaces before turning on the air 

conditioner. Rub a small amount of liquid 

dish soap over the adhesive with your 

fingers. Wipe with warm water and dry.

 

  Do not use sharp instruments, rubbing 

alcohol, flammable fluids, or abrasive 

cleaners to remove tape or glue. These 

products can damage the surface of your air 

conditioner.

 

  Handle air conditioner gently.

 

 

Remove

 

Chassis

 

1. Pull down the front panel and remove the filter. 

See Fig.1. 

2. Lift the front panel upwards to remove and 

place to the side. 

3. Locate the four front screws and remove.  

These screws will need to be re-installed prior to 

mounting the air conditioner. See Fig.2 

 

 

 

4.  After removing the screws, gently pull away 

the front panel from the air conditioner cabinet. 

You may push metal cabinet side to release the 

plastic tabs on each side of front panel. See Fig 

3A & 3B.  

5. Disconnect the connector plug of the display 

panel from the unit. See Fig. 4. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.  Remove the two screws on the top of 

the chassis and also on the side by base 

if installed. See Fig.5. 

6.  Hold the cabinet while pulling on the 

base of the chassis and carefully 

remove the chassis from the cabinet. 

7.  Add two foam inserts (included) to holes 

in top of cabinet where shipping screws 

were removed from. See Fig.6. 

 

8.

  Your unit may come with internal 

packaging. This packaging must be 

removed prior to installing the air 

conditioner back into the cabinet. See
