Parameters:

<1-220> specifies the group id.

A.B.C.D specifies the MAC address.
<0-4094> specifies the VLAN id. 0 means don't care.
A.B.C.D specifies the Source IP address. 0.0.0.0 means don't care.
A.B.C.D specifies the IP Address.
<1-10> specifies the Port id.

e.g.

This Binding rule will permit all packet cross switch from device’s IP is 192.168.1.1 and MAC is 00:11:22:33:44:55 and this
