If Devices are Grayed Out in the Applications When Launched (for example, lights)
•
Verify the Z-Wave device has power and/or fully charged batteries (if necessary).
•
If possible, move the device closer to the AdvisorOne panel.
•
Check to see if the AdvisorOne panel has AC power. On battery only, the Z-Wave subsystem may be powered down.
