Dual Cassette Deck
Synchro Dubbing
Insert a pre-recorded cassette into Deck B.
Insert a blank cassette into Deck A.
For normal speed dubbing, press the REC button first and adjust the record level with the
LEVEL control. Then press the NOR DUB button for normal speed dubbing.
For high speed dubbing, press the HI DUB button. It is not necessary to adjust the record
level in high speed mode, as the record level is set to the level of the source tape.
High speed dubbing copies at 1.5 times normal speed. We recommend normal speed
dubbing for best audio quality.
Press the STOP button to stop dubbing.
AMS
AMS, or Automatic Music Search, will locate the beginning of an audio selection on a
cassette tape.
To use AMS, press the FAST FORWARD or REWIND button during playback. The deck will
scan to the next selection.
Note that AMS may detect a particularly quiet passage as the beginning of a new
selection. If this occurs, simply press the FAST FORWARD or REWIND button again to
continue scanning.
Blank Skip
Using the Blank Skip function, the deck will switch to fast forward or fast rewind mode
after detecting a few seconds of blank tape (a passage with no audio program). The
deck will scan for the next audio passage and resume playback at that point.
