seatpost //

Before insertion, liberally coat the seatpost with carbon paste and gently
slide into the seattube. With a minimum seatpost insertion of 4", tighten
seatpost clamp to 5 nm / 45 in-lbs. (Over tightening the seatpost clamp
will inhibit the movement of the seatpost and potentially damage seatpost
and/or seat tube.)
