Circuit 109 (CF) ON in accordance with the specified service.
DCD line is High during a circuit switched call.

Circuit 109 (CF) ON. DCD is always high. This line toggles low
for 1 second when the circuit switched call is disconnected.
&C3
Circuit 109 (CF) ON. DCD is Low. High when modem has
successfully established a PPP Data (packet switched) call
(only applies to IP STACK)
&C4
Circuit 109 (CF) ON. DCD is Low. High when modem has
successfully established a PPP Data and opened a socket with
remote server(packet switched) call (only applies to IP STACK)
&D0 Ignore circuit 108/2 (CD).
