IR Illuminators
The optical system consists of an IR LED for face illumination in low or non-uniform
lighting conditions and an IR dot projector for 3D triangulation to create disparity.
The illumination angle and placement of these components is chosen based on the
field of view for both cameras.
The IR illuminators are both tested to the eye safety industry standards as defined by
the IEC.
