Connecting the Bolt Mechanism Contacts of EloXT II
Note
The functions of the contacts ‘Release’ and ‘Bolt
mechanism’ can be reprogrammed via the optional PC
software to the effect that their conduct in states
‚contact open’ and ‚contact closed’ will be exactly the
opposite of the one described below.
With the input contact ‘Bolt mechanism’ closed, a lock is partly blocked. It can be opened
but cannot be closed.
At one blocking device EloXT II, you can install bolt mechanism contacts for up to two
locks. The contact for both locks is connected via terminals 17 and 18.

Connect the bolt mechanism contacts professionally and according to your
demands to the circuit you use.
You have successfully connected the bolt mechanism contacts of EloXT II.

Connecting the Alarm Contact of EloXT II
For

alarm

12.
Not evaluated by UL. In the state of silent alarm, which lasts for about a
second, the alarm contact is closed at terminals 11 and 12.
Silent alarm will be triggered if users enter their alarm code when opening a
lock (also see chapter Operation in the manual).

Sever the wire of jumper R1 with a screw driver. See page 23.
