Attach the handlebar

3A. Unscrew all four Allen-head screws using a 6mm Allen wrench and remove the
handlebar clamp.

Place the handlebar into the groove of the clamp base with the handlebar grips toward
the rear of the trailer bike.

Replace the clamp over the handlebar, insert all four Allen head screws back into the
clamp, and tighten with your fingers.

Adjust the handlebar to the desired position and tighten all four screws securely with the
Allen wrench. IMPORTANT NOTE: As you tighten the screws, alternate among all four
to make sure they are tightened evenly. When properly tightened, the handlebar should
not move.
STEP 4
Attach the handlebar foam then fold the trailer arm

Remove the cover from the foam pad and slide the foam pad over the handlebar
crossbar so the opening is on the bottom.

Wrap the cover around the foam pad and secure along the bottom edge.

Open the quick release lever on the trailer arm and rotate the bolt out of the way.

Fold the arm under the trailer bike. The handlebar will allow the unit to stand up,
making the remaining assembly steps easier.
