You can bake foods like breads, cakes, pastries and buns, with the 
Vortex

 Plus as your own “mini oven”.

Follow the basic instructions for Cooking.

Broiling cooks using direct top-down heating, perfect for melting 
cheese on French onion soup, and nachos.
