This product is for use on a nominal voltage circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug
illustrated in sketch A in following figure. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having
the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.
COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
WINDOW DISPLAY
SPEED/ PULSE: Displays the speed. The speed range is 1.0 - 14.0 km/h.
Displays the runner’s heartbeat. When the runner holds both hands over the pulse sensors located on
the handles, the system can calculate the runner’s heart beat and display it in this window. The range
is 50 - 200 bmp (This data is just for reference, and cannot be used as the medical data).
DISTANCE: When setting programs, the window is shown as P1 - P12 - FAT. Displays the running
distance from 0.0 - 99.9 km. When the clock reaches 99.9, it will reset to 0.00 and begin counting
again from 0.0. When in Count Down Mode, it will count down from the setting data to 0.00. When it
reaches 0.00, the machine will stop smoothly and display “End” and then automatically reset to the
initial setting after 5 seconds.
TIME: Displays the running time from 0:00 - 18 hours. When it counts to the maximum time of 18
hours, the machine will display time from 0:00 again and continue to work; when in Count Down Mode,
