Lean the swing lower decoration cover set (L, M) to the swing tube tightly and fix with screw (K13,
K14).
Attention: Please check whether the rubber covers match with each other, and whether the rubber
covers are connected tightly.
HOW TO USE

One after the other, step with your feet onto the pedals, firmly grab the handles and start
exercising

The display will show the current data. (Learn how to set the values and choose programs
below).

Get off the machine by first stepping off with only one foot and then the other.
