STEP 7:
Fasten 4 screws at the back to the post and the chinning pole.

Install the elastic ropes, punching ball and black foam grips.

Check parts for wear before use.
Pay particular attention to the fixing knobs and make sure they are tight.
Always replace the mat if worn and any other defective parts.
