BLOOD PRESSURE
Blood pressure should be measured in a quiet environment. Sit and rest for at least 5
minutes before measuring. Measure pressure 3 times at 2-minute intervals.

settings. Press the button briefly to select a color and hold the button for 3 seconds to
confirm.
