Defrosting in your microwave oven

Defrosting by weight

Press 

Defrost

 once. “WEIGHT MEAT” appears on the display.

Press 

Defrost

 twice. “WEIGHT POULTRY” appears on the display.

Press 

Defrost

 three times. “WEIGHT FISH” appears on the display.

Press the number buttons to input the weight of the item to be 
defrosted (in pounds). Input weight must be between 0.1 and 6.0 
pounds. 
Inputs outside of these limits are invalid and cause a beep to sound. 
The unit will not work until valid numbers are input.

to start defrosting. The remaining time is displayed.

Defrosting by time

Defrost

 four times. “TIME” appears on the display.

Press the number buttons to input the defrosting time you want. The 
time range must be between 00:01 and 99:99.

The default microwave power for time defrost is power level 3.

to start defrosting. The remaining time is displayed.

Cooking popcorn

Press 

Popcorn 

repeatedly until the weight of popcorn you want shows 

on the display. The display cycles through “1.75”>”3.0”>”3.5” (oz.).

. When the popcorn is done popping, the buzzer sounds five 

times and the oven returns to standby mode.

Using Melt, Soft, Stew, and Keep Warm

The display cycles through the types of food to cook using the 
function selected.
