Note

When you first set parental controls, they take effect 
immediately.
If you have set parental controls then tune to a 
blocked channel or program, you are prompted to 
enter the password. After you enter the password, 
parental controls are tuned off. To turn parental 
controls back on, you need to turn off your TV. When 
you turn it back on, parental controls are turned 
back on.
