Use
Sit on the seat (c) facing the computer.
Place one foot on each footplate (d) and
tighten the footplate straps around your feet.
Adjust the tension using the tension
adjustment knob (h).
Firmly grasp the handle (f) with one hand on
each side.
Sit with your back straight and pull the
handle out of the rowing machine with your
arms as you slide the seat backwards by
stretching your legs. Your back must be kept
straight but not strained.
Bend your knees again so the seat moves
forward and the handle is pulled into the
rowing machine.
Using the computer
The computer comes on when you start
pulling the rowing machine’s handle. You can
also turn it on by pressing one of the buttons.
The computer switches off automatically
when the rowing machine has been inactive
for around 4 minutes.
The computer’s displays
The selected display is shown with an arrow.
Press the Mode button to move through the
available displays.
Press and hold the Mode button for around
2 seconds to reset all the values, except the
total number of oar strokes since the last
battery change.
Display Function
Scan Automatically switches
between the diff erent
displays every 6 seconds
Time Displays the time spent on
the current exercise session
Count/
min Displays the current number
of oar strokes per minute
Count Displays the total number of
oar strokes for the current
training session
Total
Count Displays the total number
of oar strokes since the last
battery change
Calories Shows the estimated calorie
consumption for the current
training session
If your computer does not display all
segments of the display properly, remove
the batteries and wait 15 seconds before
reinserting.
If the segments of the display become weak,
or if your computer does not turn on when
you start using the rowing machine, replace
the batteries.
