• Turn the nasal douche over.
• Rock the nasal douche gently back and forth to mix the concen-

trate thoroughly with the drinking water.

• Fill the nasal douche with the correct dose

of nasal rinse as prescribed in the INQUA

®

nasal rinse instructions for use.
You can set the nasal douche down on its
valve (4) to make filling easier.

• Fill the nasal douche up to the lower edge

of the screw thread (see arrow) drinking
water at body temperature (see instruc-
tions for use of the INQUA

®

nasal rinse).

• Then screw the bend (2) firmly back onto

the reservoir (3). Ensure that the nasal
insert (1) is in the STOP position (see
page 19).
