3. MESSAGES ON THE ANATOMICAL PROGRAM DISPLAY
3.1 Operation messages
The following messages appear on the anatomical program display during normal
operation. These messages do not require service intervention.
Message on the APR display
Message explanation
BACKUP mAs ERR.
mAs setting has stopped the exposure.
If it happened with AEC in 2-point mode,
examine the exposure parameters and select a
longer backup mAs.
If it happened in 3-point mode, call service.
BACKUP TIME ERR.
Time setting has stopped the exposure.
If it happened with AEC in 3-point mode,
examine the exposure parameters and select a
longer backup time.
If it happened in 2-point mode, call service.
CHARGING...
Energy storage capacitor bank charging in
progress. Before exposure, wait for charging to
stop.
DENSITY MINIMUM
Density correction value is at minimum (-3).
DENSITY MAXIMUM
Density correction value is at maximum (+3).
DOOR OPEN
The X-ray room door is open, preparation cannot
proceed.
DR NOT READY
Digital image system is not ready for the
exposure.
EMPTY
There is no program in the selected anatomical
program position. End of the primary body part
list in case of stepping through programs.
EXPOSURE...
Exposure in progress.
EXPOSURE OK
Exposure has finished successfully.
INTERRUPTED EXP.
The PREP button or EXP button or the hand-held
exposure switch has been released during
exposure.
INTERRUPTED PREP
The PREP button or the hand-held exposure
switch’s first state has been released before
exposure.
