that each pizza can have different cooking times, depending on the thickness of
the dough and the toppings. “Timer” sends out a signal after every baking cycle.
Rotate the temperature dial (E) to “0” and disconnect the plug from the socket.
WARNING:
THE TIMER DOES NOT SWITCH ON AND OFF THE OVEN! It is therefore important
to check the appliance after the time set has elapsed. To switch the appliance off,
set the temperature dial to “0” and unplug it. Make sure appliance is properly
closed during baking phase or that food inside isn’t in contact with the upper
heater. E DO not open lid during baking to avoid heat dispersion and a probable
lengthening of baking time.
If the pizza is cooking too quickly, simply turn the knob to a lower temperature.
To increase the cooking temperature, turn the knob clockwise.
When cooking a frozen pizza base, allow the dough to thaw before use. Once
thawed, place it directly on the heated stone.
Do not use sticky dough on stone or pizza peels. If the dough is sticky,
use a pizza pan to cook the pizza then slide it directly onto the stone, or flour the
stone and lay the dough directly on top.
1) To transfer pizzas the pizzas to the cooking surface in refractory stone, use
special pallets, which may be useful, especially if, before being used, they have
been lightly floured. Flour the palettes, season the pizza directly on them, and
bake. Once the pizza is placed, remember to remove the palettes.
2) Between cooking one pizza and the next, leave the lid of the pizza oven open
for about 2 minutes, so that the light is always on when other pizzas are baked,
and that the resistances are also lit during cooking.
AFTER USE
- Set the Timer knob on “0” .
- Set the thermostat knob on “0”.
- Unplug form electric power.
- Let the oven have completely cooled down before proceeding with any cleaning
and maintenance operations
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the plug from the mains and let the oven cool down completely
before performing any cleaning or maintenance operation.
- Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids. Surfaces can be cleaned
using a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive sponges or sharp tools to clean the appliance and the stone
