A serial No. is a product's unique identity, used for quality tracking, after-sales service, insurance claiming, identification of a lost
product, etc. Make sure to keep a record of the serial No. and take care not to lose it. You can find the serial No. of the product at
the following positions: the outer packing, the warranty card, and the body of
Lively
(to be more specifically, it's located at the tail of
the footboard, and can be seen when the rubber footboard is lifted).
