GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION

This vehicle is designed and intended to transport people and cargo on improved or semi-improved
surfaces for applications including commercial, industrial and resorts. Always adhere to local laws and
regulations pertaining to the use of the vehicle.

Only operate this vehicle as described in this manual. Speak with your local dealer or distributor for
changes, additions, or modifications that are necessary to comply with local laws and regulations
pertaining to the use of the vehicle.

Any vehicle can be used in a variety of usages outside of the manufacturer’s intent. Club Car cannot
anticipate and warn for every possible usage condition. Therefore, the operator must exercise good
sense and judgement and must operate the vehicle in an appropriate manner for the way in which the
vehicle is being used.
