COMMON PARTS

For models with PTFE diaphragms: Item (8) Santoprene
diaphragm is installed with the side marked “AIR SIDE” to-
wards the pump center body. Install the PTFE diaphragm
(7) with the side marked “FLUID SIDE” towards the (15)
fl uid cap.

For PX20E-FNS-KTT or PX20E-FNS-KTL (Conductive PVDF)
models with PTFE diaphragms:
y
Pump is assembled with joint sealant from the fac-
tory as standard. Inspect joint sealant. If damaged,
apply Joint Sealant (Kit PN: 637545) to each air caps
#68 and #69 diaphragm groove. Use only 1 wrap of
sealant. DO NOT overlap seam, trim excess. Seam
to be located between bolt position 1 and 8 (refer to
“torque sequence” diagram on page 6).

Re-check torque settings after pump has been re-started
and run a while.
