8-8-1-6 Ambient Temperature
The ambient temperature, also called environmental temperature, affects how
the sound from a leak propagates through the air. Specify the temperature in
order to get as accurate a leak estimate as possible. The temperature can be
entered either in °C or °F.
8-8-1-6-1 Change Temperature Units
Users can change the temperature unit of the ambient temperature as follows:
1.
Using the touchscreen, tap the Settings icon to open the main menu.
2. Tap More until Air Mode Settings appears in the menu list.
3. Tap Air Mode Settings.
4. Tap More until the
Environment Temperature (abbreviated Env. Temp).
option appears in the menu list.

Tap the °C/°F button next to
next to Env. Temp. to change the temperature
unit.
6.
Tap ← to save and exit the menu.
8-8-1-6-2 Adjust Ambient Temperature
Change the ambient temperature as follows:
1.
Using the touchscreen, tap the Settings icon to open the main menu.
2. Tap More until Air Mode Settings appears in the menu list.
3. Tap Air Mode Settings.
4. Tap More until the
Environment Temperature (abbreviated Env. Temp).
option appears in the menu list.
5.
Tap the Change button next to Env. Temp.
A keyboard appears.
6.
Use the keyboard by tapping the touchscreen to input a numerical value.
7.
Tap ✓ save changes and close the keyboard. Tap X to cancel changes and
close the keyboard.
8.
Tap ← to save and exit the menu.
