Chapter 1: Product introduction
WARNING!
The controller module is built of sensitive and non-replaceable components. When
replacing the controller module, you can only remove it from the enclosure when you already have the
replacement. Unnecessary tampering may damage the controller.
IMPORTANT!
The host boards are add-on components. When installing a host board for the first time,
insert it on the left slot (HB1).
NOTES:
• The Ethernet management port only supports 100 Mb and 1 Gb speeds.

Rear panel components
This section describes the rear panel components of GSa 3000 Series systems.
1.4.1 Controller module interface
The I/O interfaces of the controller module allow you to connect to other devices and the LEDs allow you
to know the status of your controller.
