Step 3:
Enter the default IP address (169.254.3.1) of Web GUI into the web
browser on PC. The following login interface will appear.
Step 2:
Set the PC’s IP address to the same network segment with Switch,
for instance

set the IP address to be 169.254.3.30 and Subnet mask to be
255.255.0.0.
