Assembly and Disassembly
Step #1.
Remove the boat from the box and lay it out on a
clean flat surface with no sharp objects. Make sure the boat is
completely spread out with nothing on it or below it before
assembly.
Step #2.
Remove valve cover and use any boat tube inflator
to inflate your Sport Boat about 30%. Just enough so the
oat starts to take shape. We personally recommend using a
vacuum with blow function or a Metro Vac Inflator found at
www.inflatablesportboats.com.
** At any time during the assembly let some air out of
the tubes to make inserting the floor pieces easier. Do not
inflate the keel until floor boards have been installed. **
Step #3.
Insert front floor board #1 and rear transom floor
board #2. Front marine floor board #1 will have a hole in it for
the inflatable keel valve. Rear transom floor board #2 will be the
largest floor board with a small semicircle cut out to fit around
the drain valve on the transom.
Step #4.
Insert next biggest floor board piece #3. This will
connect to transom floor board.
Step #5
.
Floor boards #4 & #5 will be the same size. (Only
SB-330 has 5th floor board piece) Make “V” shape with middle
floor boards so they connect. Softly push down so they snap into
place and flatten.
Step #6.
Add 2 side rails per side (4 total) to even out and secure
all floor board pieces. All side rail size pieces can be interchanged.
Slit on side rails will fit to the floor boards with smooth curve side
facing and contouring to the tube.
Step #7.
Inflate all 3 boat tube chambers and 1 keel chamber
about 95% and top off remaining 5% with the foot pump. Use foot
pump to inflate until boat tube is rock hard and foot pump is hard
to use. It is very important for maximum performance. Once tubes
are completely inflated, floor boards should not be able to move
at all. If they do move, you need to inflate your boat more.
Maximum PSI: Boat tubes - Maximum 3.6 PSI /
Keel tube - Maximum 4.5 PSI /
Inflatable air flooring (dolphin model only) - Maximum 8 PSI
Inflatable Sport Boats are manufactured to make it easy for consumers to set up and take down quick and easy.
Make sure your product box came with everything listed below.
ATTENTION!
Never use a compressed air source, such as an air compressor.
Compressed air can cause over-inflation and potentially damage the product by rupturing seams and bulkhead.
