Hardware description of EVAL-M3-TS6-665PN

PCB Layout

The layout of this board can be used for different voltage or power classes. The PCB has two electrical layers

with 35µm copper by default and its size is 100 mm × 110 mm. The PCB board thickness is 1.6mm. Get in

contact with our technical support team to get more detailed information and the latest Gerber-files.

Figure 31 illustrates the top assembly print of the evaluation board.
