This section provides the complete details of the schematics, layout and connectors. Please note that the
schematics, routing and Gerber generation are done in Altium Designer. Customers who are interested in the
original Altium format files or pdf files for better clarity can visit www.Infineon.com.

Schematics
Figure 24 shows the schematic of the EVAL-M1-101TF evaluation board with the IMC101T-F048 controller.

3.2
PCB layout
The layout of this board can be used for different voltages or power classes of the power board. The PCB has
two electrical layers with 35 µm copper by default and its size is 65 mm × 45 mm. The PCB boards thickness is
1.6 mm. Check Infineon’s website or contact Infineon’s technical support team to obtain more detailed
information and the latest Gerber files.
Figure 25 illustrates the top assembly print and top paste layers of the evaluation board.
