Instrument Test Screen
On this screen, you can initiate an
instrument test by pressing the Enter
button. The instrument test lights all
segments of the display for five
seconds, and runs an indicator test
(similar to the test that is performed at
instrument startup). Pressing the Mode
button jumps back to the first screen in
the Configuration Mode loop.

DataLink (Optional Accessory)
The GasBadge DataLink is an accessory item that can be used to download the
event log to a PC or to setup the instrument. The DataLink is a USB 2.0 device
that comes with a software package that can be run on any PC. Before using, USB
drivers must be installed from the CD that comes with the DataLink. After the
USB drivers are installed, the DataLink user interface software can be installed.
Once installed and running, the DataLink software allows users to communicate to
either the DataLink Accessory or the CalPlus calibration and bump test station.
The software allows users to download the event log from the instrument as well as
download and store calibration and bump test records from the CalPlus.
