the oven against overheating.

The sensors measure

. The heat generator temperature

. The cavity temperature

They are recognized automatically by the
microprocessor. There is no possibility of error
in wiring.

The tangential fan allows the
constant ventilation of the oven
during all the cycle and the ex-
traction of the steam during the
last three minutes of the cycle.

It maintains the valve closed
during cooking and opens it at
phase 3 (see at page 10).
