C：Why my 13” MacBook pro receives only 53W power
during charging after I connect my 61W charger to
the hub?
When the hub is connected to power adapter, it draws
power directly from adapter instead of computer. So the
hub would keep around 8W power to maintain a proper
function of itself.
D：Why there’s a delay when I use the hub with my
wireless mouse? (Why the hub causes interference to
wireless network? )
When USB3.0 is at work, noises can be caused that
interfere with wireless mouse and network working
at 2.4Ghz frequency channel. The product itself has
been shielded to decrease noise interference to 2.4Ghz
frequency channel. If the problem persists, you can try
the methods below:
1: Connects wireless mouse to a USB2.0 port.
2: Don’t use wireless mouse when the USB 3.0 port is
connected to devices.
3: Shift wireless network to one at 5Ghz frequency
channel.
