PREMIUM BLUETOOTH OPTO AUDIO TR ANSMIT TER
OPERATION
The Premium Bluetooth Opto Audio Transmitter only works when connected to devices with an integrated
Bluetooth receiver, such as Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth loudspeakers.
CONNECTION TO TV
• Connect one end of the optical cable to the transmitter (cable not supplied).
• Connect the other end of the optical cable to the optical output from the TV.
• Make sure that the optical output in the TV’s audio set-up is set to Stereo PCM.
• Connect the USB cable of the transmitter to a free USB port on the TV. The transmitter is supplied with
power via the USB cable. Alternatively, you can use any USB power supply unit.
COUPLING
• Switch on the device that you wish to couple and activate pairing mode. If necessary, see the associated
operating manual.
• The Premium Bluetooth Opto Audio Transmitter automatically connects to the device. The blue LED flashes
while connection is in progress and lights up continuously once the connection has been established.
• Note: In some cases, the pairing button must be pressed when the first device is coupled.
COUPLING A SECOND DEVICE
• Switch on the second device that you wish to couple and activate pairing mode. If necessary, see the
associated operating manual.
• Press and hold the pairing button on the transmitter for one second. The blue LED starts to flash until the
transmitter has connected to the second device. During this period, the connection to the first device is
disconnected.
• As soon as the connection has been established, the LED lights up continuously.
• Note: In some cases, the transmitter must be reset before connecting it to the second device.
RESET
• To reset the transmitter, press and hold the pairing button for five seconds. As soon as you release the
button, the LED flashes and the transmitter searches for possible Bluetooth devices in the vicinity.
